"Since the scheduling of an appointment involves the reservation of time set aside especially for you, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for rescheduling or cancellation of an appointment. This will then give me a chance to fill your appointment time with another client. If for any reason a session is cancelled less than 24 hours prior you will not be refunded. You may also inquire whether there is an option for me to record the session without you present and for a recording to be sent to you to watch in your own time."
